High Speed Slitting & Clean, Fast Solventless Lamination
In keeping with our philosophy of providing you fast turnaround that results in reduced inventory, Bema uses a solventless lamination process. This lamination process is not only clean, it enables swift turn around with fast curing adhesives and high process speeds. Solventless lamination is a clean and economical process for laminating virtually any combination of material structures.
Once again, Bema makes sure that solvent-less adhesives are perfectly matched to inks and materials. Our partnership with Elite Extrusion allows us to pretest the reaction of the polyethylene we use and adapt as needed.
Bema has added a second slitting resource with the installation of a new 60-inch wide Duplex Slitter. This equipment has sheer and razor slitting capabilities with “laser sighted” edge guiding providing the highest quality roll profile.
