Stand Up Pouches

One of our key competencies in plastic packaging is designing and manufacturing a stand up pouch, a zippered pouch, liquid pouches, shaped pouches and spouted pouches. All using a variety plastics and materials including foil.

Our converting department has over fifty years of industry experience and is in sync with the company’s vertically integrated manufacturing philosophy. This expertise provides our customers with quality converting capabilities. For Bema, this is one of our true strengths and core competencies.

Bema has a wide variety of converting capabilities including: high-speed slitting, unmatched poly bag converting and high-end pouch making. Our pouch making capabilities are virtually unlimited and include the capability to make shaped pouches, add gussets and, when required, add a die cut and a zipper.

By having this capability within our walls, our customers enjoy a seamless manufacturing process providing the highest quality, lowest lead-times and greatest overall value.

To complete the converting operations, Bema has installed three new pouch machines that have the ability to produce a variety of pouches.

Quality Bag Making

Bema employs the finest bag making machinery. Our servo driven auto-wicketers provide our customers high speed, accurate bag converting. The increased machine speeds and quick set-up is essential in reducing lead-times.
