Galloway Consolidated Holdings, the parent company of Bema Incorporated, Elite Extrusion Technology and Bema Digital Innovations; a recognized leading supplier to the flexible packaging industry; is looking for an experienced Production Associate for 1st Shift.
We encourage innovation from our associates, employ the latest technology and have aggressive expansion plans. This position will support our facility in St. Charles, Illinois.
Salary Range: $19 – $21/Hourly
Responsibilities & Duties
Assist machine operators in the daily operation of flexographic slitters, laminators, converting equipment, and extrusion lines.
- Maintain adequate supplies at assigned machines to ensure uninterrupted workflow.
- Perform assistant‑related tasks as directed by the machine operator or supervisor.
- Contribute to overall quality, productivity, and waste‑reduction goals on each job.
- Always maintain a clean and organized machine area.
- Comply with all company policies, regulations, and standard operating procedures.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by machine operators, supervisors, or management.
- Ensure all AIB housekeeping and cleanliness standards are consistently met.
Qualifications & Skills
High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong mechanical aptitude.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
- Basic math proficiency.
- Strong team orientation with the ability to work collaboratively.
- Willingness to work overtime as needed.
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, including standing, bending, squatting, reaching, and pulling for extended periods; must be able to lift 50 lbs.
