• Accurately identify, locate, and verify raw materials by interpreting complex job orders and technical specifications to ensure production accuracy.

• Monitor and refine machine settings in real-time—including web tension, guiding systems, and width configurations—to maintain peak operational performance.
• Execute rigorous quality assurance protocols to ensure all manufactured film meets or exceeds internal standards and customer requirements.
• Proactively assist with minor mechanical maintenance and equipment troubleshooting to minimize downtime and ensure machine longevity.
• Demonstrate flexibility and a team-oriented mindset by supporting various facility needs as directed by management.
• Lead equipment setup and startup procedures, efficiently transitioning extrusion lines in and out of production to meet demanding schedules.

• Proven experience in the setup, operation, and processing of industrial extrusion lines.

• Well-defined mechanical and process troubleshooting skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve production issues in real-time.
• Strong ability to perform precise calculations and accurately record technical measurements for quality control.
• Thorough understanding of inventory procedures and a commitment to meticulous paperwork and production documentation.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively across production teams.
• A dedicated commitment to safety and a clean attendance record. Must be capable of upholding all company policies and AIB (American Institute of Baking) food safety standards.
• Demonstrates critical thinking and problem-solving abilities to improve workflow and product quality.
• Ability to work a consistent 12-hour shift rotation.
• This is a physically demanding role. Candidates must be able to: Perform long periods of standing, bending, squatting, reaching, and pulling.
• Safely lift and maneuver up to 50 pounds throughout the shift.
