Galloway Consolidated Holdings, parent company of Bema Incorporated, Elite Extrusion Technology and Bema Digital Innovations is seeking an experienced Digital Press Operator, with a proven track record in supporting a fast-paced organization. This position is based in St. Charles, Illinois.
Salary Range: $29 – $30/Hourly
Responsibilities
Operate and manage production on two HP Indigo digital presses with full ownership of output quality and efficiency.
- Ensure safe operation of press equipment and maintain a safe working environment for all press personnel.
- Maintain consistent, high-quality print performance while optimizing efficiency and minimizing downtime.
- Uphold strict standards of cleanliness and preventive maintenance on all press equipment.
- Comply with all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements, including American Institute of Baking (AIB) guidelines.
- Perform additional tasks and projects as assigned by supervisors or management.
Qualifications

Skills
Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience operating an HP Indigo digital press.
- Proficient with Esko Color Pilot software.
- Strong technical knowledge of color matching, print quality, and film properties.
- Ability to accurately read and interpret work orders, proofs, and specification sheets.
- Dependable, punctual, and committed to meeting production deadlines.
- Physically capable of standing, bending, squatting, reaching, pulling, and lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Willingness to work overtime as needed to support production goals.
Salary for this position is based on, among other things, a candidate’s experience and qualifications. Galloway Consolidated Holdings offers a competitive compensation package including salary, bonus plan, 401K and comprehensive health and life insurance options.
