• Accurately process customer production orders, returns, and exchanges.

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and in person.

• Handle billing questions and process customer payments efficiently.

• Coordinate closely with warehouse, pre-press, and production teams to ensure order accuracy and timely shipments.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through proactive, professional, and clear communication.

• Manage backorders and out-of-stock situations while providing timely updates to customers.

• Track and monitor order status from placement through delivery.

• Prepare daily bills of lading, shipment labels, and billing documents.

• Work with transportation providers to schedule pickups and deliveries.

• Address customer concerns and complaints with professionalism, diplomacy, and strong product knowledge.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products, services, and industry trends.

• Ensure full compliance with all company procedures and American Institute of Baking (AIB) standards.

• Able to take initiative and proactively identify opportunities to streamline processes and implement improvements.
• Strong mathematical skills for validation of estimates and billing.
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks.
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to work accurately under pressure.
• Proven ability to successfully multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Commitment to following all company procedures and American Institute of Baking (AIB) standards.

• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience in a manufacturing environment (required).

• Experience using an ERP system such as SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics (Business Central / NAV) is a strong plus.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including strong phone etiquette.
• Highly organized with strong time management abilities.
• Experience in digitally printed labels, cartons, or flexible packaging is a plus.
• Direct experience supporting customers who purchase pouches, laminated films, and extruded films is a plus.
